Fund’s first RAK project to create 1,800 jobs, host 50+ tenants, and kickstart development of a 300,000 sqm industrial park

The THi SIP High-End Innovative Industrial Building Tower (No. 511 Changyang Street, Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province) recently passed completion inspection. Spanning 81.91 mu with a total floor area of 131,732.53 square meters, the project comprises three four-story ramp-access industrial plants. Having attained LEED Gold certification, it stands as a model project advancing Suzhou's "Vertical Industrial Development" strategy.
