The THi SIP High-End Innovative Industrial Building Tower (No. 511 Changyang Street, Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province) recently passed completion inspection. Spanning 81.91 mu with a total floor area of 131,732.53 square meters, the project comprises three four-story ramp-access industrial plants. Having attained LEED Gold certification, it stands as a model project advancing Suzhou's "Vertical Industrial Development" strategy.

Core Functional Positioning
The project implements an integrated industrial production-logistics model. Its all-steel spiral ramp system enables heavy equipment access to production units on every floor, with load-bearing capacities reaching 3t/m² on the ground level and 2.5t/m² on floors 2-4. The 9-meter ceiling height facilitates vertical integration of manufacturing, warehousing, and R&D functions, meeting comprehensive operational needs for high-end manufacturers. As Jiangsu Province's first LEED Gold-certified industrial complex, it establishes a new benchmark for green intelligent manufacturing.
